Welcome back to all of the returning teams and new teams that are entering into an amazing journey by taking the next step of becoming official members of the USPSA! The 2009/2010 Season Registration will open on Tuesday, September 1st, 2009. The following list of what your team is required to submit to have a complete registration.

1. On-line Team Registration electronically submitted through www.powersoccerusa.net
   
   
2. On-line Individual athlete and staff registrations for each athlete and staff member on your team roster electronically submitted through www.powersoccerusa.net
   
   
3. On-line Code of Conduct for each athlete and staff member on your team roster electronically submitted through www.powersoccerusa.net
   
   
4. Waiver and Release of Liability and Publicity printable form (download here), submitted via  postal mail to the USPSA Secretary, for each athlete and staff member on your team roster. Send in the Waivers in one package for the entire team.
   
   
   • Waiver and Release of Liability and Publicity Forms should be completed and mailed to:

5. Proof of Team Liability Insurance
   
   
6. A $250 USPSA registration fee
   
   
   • Checks should be made out to "USPSA" and mailed to:
     United States Power Soccer Association
     c/o Treasurer
     P.O. Box 2322
     Cupertino, CA 95015

Important dates to remember…

The pre-existing team registration deadline is October 1st. There is a 30 day grace period, which would give a team until October 31st. If you are a pre-existing team and you fail to meet the deadline, your team will be assessed a $100 late fee.
