USPSA Annual Meeting
Preparations are now under way for the USPSA Annual Meeting which will be held this month during the weekend of the national tournament. All information has been sent to team representatives for their review. If team representives can not be present, a proxy form is available for them to give their voting rights to another person or they may vote by absentee ballot. If your team is not participating in the national tournament, please consider attending the annual meeting.

National Tournament Weekend Schedule
The USPSA National Tournament is less than a month away. The game schedule has been sent to your coaches and team representatives and is also posted on the USPSA website. Below is a the schedule of events for the weekend.
June 18: Referee Meeting, 6:30pm Metro Suite, Sheraton Hotel
June 18: Coaches Mtg, 8:00pm, Metro Suite, Sheraton Hotel
June 19: Opening Ceremony, 8:45am Fishers Fieldhouse
June 19: Games begin, 10:00am continue through 3:30pm
June 19: Annual Meeting, 7:30 pm, Sheraton Hotel, Metro Suite
June 20: Games begin 8am though 5pm
June 21: Semi Finals and Championships Games; 8am-3:30
June 21: Awards Banquet, 7:00pm Grand Ballroom, Sheraton Hotel
2009 USPSA & Camp Courage Power Soccer Camp

Sign up now for the 2009 Power Soccer Camp at Camp Courage, Minnesota. This will be the third annual summer camp that highlights power soccer every day of the week! Here you will improve your skills, learn new drills, scrimmage with other athletes from all over the country. The camp also offers other activities such as pontoon boating, tubing, miniature golf, campfires, swimming, and more.
The camp is a first come first serve. A $200.00 deposit is due by July 11, with balance due the end of July. Click here for more information and for your 2009 registration packet!
Power Soccer Summer Camp in Florida
A power soccer summer day camp is now being planned in Safety Harbor, Florida. The camp will run for 6 Sundays starting July 12, 2009. The hours will be from 12-4pm. The camp is open to all athletes, new and seasoned, and will feature scrimmages, games like dodge ball, tennis and capture the flag and all athletes will have the opportunity to work to improve their skills. 2011 Team USA Applications Still Being Sought...
Application deadline for Team USA applications is quickly approaching. If you have aspirations of being a member of the 2011 Team USA don't delay! The deadline for applications is June 15th.
Applications are available on the USPSA website. Selected applicants will be invited to a Team USA Selection Camp to be scheduled later in the year or early 2010. If you have any questions or comments please email Chris Finn, Team USA Head Coach, at coach-finn [at] powersoccerusa [dot] net.
Volunteer Opportunities Are Available...
Would you like to become involved with your organization? There are a variety of volunteer positions available with all types of skill sets. Some involve specific skills while others require a need for vision and a desire to have the best power wheelchair sporting association in the world!
Sign up opportunities for the 2009-2010 season will be available at the USPSA Annual Meeting. All volunteer opportunities will also be posted on the website and sent out through e-news prior to the start of the season. Consider making a positive impact on your association!
